The Keg House (Building 9) has been sold and has been redeveloped into 95 residential apartment units. Now known as the Blue Ribbon Lofts,
tenants started moving into their new homes in January 2009.
The Manufacturing & Cold Storage Building (Building 7) has been sold and redeveloped. It is now the home of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee
Joseph J. Zilber School of Public Health. This building opened in June 2012. This building received LEED Gold Certification in 2012.
A 908 stall parking structure with 8,000 square feet of ground level retail space opened for business in December 2009 on the corner North 9th Street
and West Juneau Avenue.
Vacant land, totaling approximately 33,600 square feet, is available for development immediately west of the parking structure.
