Blue Ribbon Lofts

The former Keg House was purchased in June 2008.  This 140,000 square foot, three-story, Cream City brick building has been redeveloped into a 95-unit apartment building named Blue Ribbon Lofts.  This development was designed to serve local artists, entrepreneurs and other members of the "creative class" with live-work units and amenities such as a music studio, artists' workspaces and galleries, a business center, conferences rooms, fitness center and a theater/presentation space.  Tenants started moving into their new apartments homes in January 2009.
