Manufacturing & Cold Storage Building: Building 7

The former Manufacturing & Cold Storage Building (Building 7) has been sold.  This five-story, Cream City brick building is located on the east side of North 10th Street, just south of McKinley Avenue and is directly across the street from Zilber Park, an uniquely designed 10,000 square foot pocket park. 

The Manufacturing & Cold Storage Building (Building 7) has been redeveloped and is now the home of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Joseph J. Zilber School of Public Health.  This building opened in June 2012.

This building received LEED Gold Certification in 2012.
