Grain Silos: Building 16

The Grain Silos (Building 16) have been sold.  Located on the east side of North 11th Street, just south of McKinley Avenue, this historic building consists of nearly 13,000 square feet.  The silos rise approximately 150 feet above the highest point in Milwaukee providing spectacular views over 20 miles around.  

Adjacent to the Grain Silos is a surface parking lot and within walking distance is a 908 stall parking structure.  Across the parking lot sits Zilber Park, an uniquely designed 10,000 square foot pocket park that is complete with grass, trees, benches, reclaimed cobblestone walkways and an elegant seasonal gabion ice wall.
